Business Development Specialist
The candidate for the position must have a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or Marketing or Economics.
Duties include:
Defining client and marketing campaign strategies, conferring with creative and production teams to develop the campaign strategy, as well as select applicable media, and determining timing and costs of different campaigns Expanding and organizing the existing business, including a detailed review and analysis of the operations and sales; analyzing and researching international and regional market of customer trends; and reviewing economic conditions, trends and availability of our service and products in wider U.S. markets. Analyzing problems in terms of management information and conceptualizing and defining problems; developing and applying time and cost networks to plan and control company expansion project; preparing for management reports defining problem, evaluation, and possible solution; Forecasting and tracking marketing and sales trends, analyzing client data; measuring the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies; and conducting research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies.

Payroll and AP Specialist
Interactivate is seeking a skilled Payroll A/P Specialist with a minimum of two years experience in processing payroll via ADP PC Plus for Windows, project based timekeeping, monitoring benefits, posting G/L interface, accruing vacation, accounts payable, and expense reports with strong Excel skills. Experience with Deltek Vision is a plus. Qualified applicants must be accurate, flexible, organized and have keen attention to detail. Additionally, the applicant should have a service oriented team player attitude with good communication skills.
